Please treat anything you add to Turnpo as potentially public. When you register for Turnpo, create a profile, upload content, import text, use AI assistance, or publish a story, you should assume that the information may be seen by anyone, including strangers, employers, recruiters, colleagues, clients, schools, family members, search engines, AI systems, web crawlers, and third-party services. You should not upload or publish anything that you do not want the public to see. This includes confidential company information, private information about other people, sensitive personal data, passwords, financial details, medical information, legal disputes, internal workplace information, client information, trade secrets, unpublished business plans, or anything you do not have the right to share. Once content is published online, Turnpo may allow you to edit, hide, unpublish, or delete it from Turnpo, but Turnpo cannot guarantee that copies, screenshots, search-engine caches, archived versions, AI training copies, browser caches, reposts, or third-party copies will disappear from the internet. --- ## 2. What Turnpo Is Turnpo is a public profile and personal story platform. Default Public Nature of Turnpo By using Turnpo, you understand and agree that Turnpo is primarily designed for public profile publishing. Unless Turnpo clearly labels a feature as private, hidden, draft-only, unpublished, or restricted, you should assume that content you add, save, import, upload, submit, approve, or publish may become public. Published content may be displayed on your public Turnpo profile and may be accessible through public URLs. Do not paste confidential, private, sensitive, unlawful, or third-party information into AI import unless you have the right and permission to process and publish it. AI-generated drafts may contain mistakes, omissions, incorrect dates, incorrect locations, incorrect summaries, exaggerated claims, or misleading interpretations. Turnpo does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, lawful, appropriate, or suitable for public display. You must review, edit, correct, and approve AI-generated drafts before using or publishing them. If Turnpo creates hidden drafts by default, those drafts are still based on information you provided. You must review them carefully before making them public. --- ## 8. Public Profile, Search Engines, AI Systems, and Third Parties Published Turnpo content may be accessible to search engines, AI crawlers, web crawlers, analytics tools, browser extensions, archive services, and other third-party systems. Turnpo may use technical settings to influence indexing, crawling, or preview behavior, but Turnpo cannot guarantee that third parties will follow those settings. You agree not to use Turnpo to misrepresent yourself, exaggerate credentials, falsely imply affiliation, impersonate another person, mislead employers, mislead schools, mislead clients, or publish claims you cannot support. AI-generated summaries may sound polished or confident, but they may still be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. You must review and correct them. --- ## 12.
